Today’s News: 

Our temperatures are experiencing a bit of a yoyo effect for the next week.  It starts out with cooler temps, then by mid-week we have sun and temperatures in the mid 50’s.  But then on Palm Sunday it drops down into the low 30’s.  Nothing drastic predicted at this time.  (We do live in Michigan and it is March.)

We are flying through Lent this year.  It is so early, that we hardly get through St. Patricks’ and we are right into Palm Sunday.  The early spring is going to give us those lovely flowers for Easter.  My tulips and daffodils are already coming in amazingly.

Our total tally for spring lambs is 10.  That is the most we have had in one season.  They are all healthy and beautiful, and I can’t wait to get them out to the pasture for everyone to see.

O Father, most merciful, in the beginning you created us,
and by the passion of your only Son you created us anew. Work in us now, to do what pleases you. Since we are weak and can do no good thing by ourselves, grant us your grace and heavenly blessing, that in whatever work we engage we may do all to your honor and glory. Keep us from sin and empower us daily to do good works, that as long as we live in the body we may always perform service to you. Amen
