Our Memory Care program is designed to promote a safe and secure environment while also providing engaging and stimulating activities that help maintain cognitive function.
Each resident in our Memory Care program has an “Individualized Care Plan” that is tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Our staff members work closely with residents and their families to ensure that each resident receives the highest quality of care possible. In addition, we hold periodic family/caregiver care conferences to ensure that everyone involved in the care of our residents is kept up-to-date on their progress and any changes to their care plan. We believe that a collaborative approach to care is essential to providing the best possible outcomes for our residents with cognitive impairments.
