We will be holding vaccination clinics for the following: Covid, flu, Pneumonia, and Shingles. The form for this is at our front desk. We will be doing the covid vaccine separate from the other vaccines. Please fill the form provided as soon as possible, so we can move forward. If you miss our clinic you will need to take the resident out to get them. We will set our date once we have several forms completed. That date will be posted at this news site. If you are unable to come in for the form you can email Rose via our website, and we can email the form to you.
