Today’s News:  

We may have a beautiful week ahead of us.  I’m so excited that we actually have some sun in our future!  Temperatures are predicted to be in the 60’s all week after today.  I was able to get the pressure washer out last week, and cleaned a couple of the porches. The front entry porch, and the sun porch off the parlor are cleaned with furniture in place. Get out and get some Vitamin D.

The Band and I are looking forward to performing for everyone this Thursday at 5pm in the Grand Hall.  Ed Young is in this Monday at 1pm With some of our favorite tunes as well as a few of his original songs.

Lansing Catholic Central juniors will be in on Monday at 2:30p after music to play a game with us.  They are donating their time as part of their religious education obligation. The student organizing the activity is the grandson of one of our residents.

Lord our God, we wait in expectation for your day to come, for the pangs of death to pass, so that your kingdom may arise and the reign of Jesus Christ may spread over the whole world in power and glory. May your promise be fulfilled and your will be done on earth. May there always be people who believe and who pray in faith.  We thank you for giving us this faith and for letting us pray at all times.  We ask you to protect us in this faith. Bring this faith to fulfillment for the glory of your name. Amen.
