Today’s News:
Our temperatures were a bit warmer last week than first predicted. This week we won’t see much sun but we will have decent temperatures. A few days should hit into the 60’s. Spring is definitely in the air.
I had great time putting together the menu this week. I included some of my favorite Irish dishes, and then hit the internet for some other recipes that looked amazing. I’m sure some of them will be my new favorites. Even the desserts have an Irish origin,☘️
Along with St. Patricks’ this week, we celebrate several birthdays. My baby will be 24 on Wednesday. It doesn’t seem possible. Be sure to wish Ethan happy birthday. He will be our Chef on our first few Irish classics.
.
Irish Blessing:
“May your mornings bring joy and your evenings bring peace. May your troubles grow few as your Irish blessings increase. May the saddest day of your future be no worse than the happiest day of your past. May your hands be forever clasped in friendship and your hearts joined forever in love. Your lives are very special, and God has touched you in many ways. May his blessings rest upon you and fill all your coming days.”
