Today’s News:  

We have a wacky weather week ahead of us.  After last weeks snow, we are going to follow it with rain for Monday and Tuesday. Then the cold is back for a few days, and by the week end they are predicting temperatures in the 50’s.  The one thing we won’t see much of is the sun.  Maybe Thursday if we are lucky.

We have a fun packed week of entertainment, as we creep closer to Christmas.  Watch your schedule, because you won’t want to miss out.  The band and I had fun last week with the start of Christmas music.  Let’s all get in the mood, and not miss out on sharing some Christmas cheer as we enjoy the beautiful music of the season.

Yesterday we lit our second advent candle the Bethlehem candle.  This candle represents peace. Something we all pray for.  This Sunday we will be lighting the Shepherd’s candle, a symbol of Joy! 

Today’s Prayer

Lord God, may we, your people, who look forward to the birthday of Christ experience the joy of salvation and celebrate that feast with love and thanksgiving. We ask this through Christ our Lord.Amen
